Palace-looking and located directly in the centre of the park, it visually clashes with the rest of the park. Its vintage feeling reflects its indoors as well, with red velvet carpet and neoclassical architecture. It's a home for some aquatic inhabitants of the Fourth Place, or at least a feeding ground for any basic mosses and algae in the area.
