An organisation is simply a term used to describe a common group of people who live at the Fourth Place. Often brought together by common belief, whether that be about humanity or contemporary 'society', organisations have their own aims and views. There is no official constitution or rulebook of the theme park, meaning any allegiance or creation of an organisation is informal. Nonetheless, some of them may have considerable sway in dictating the daily lives and exploration of the Fourth Place.
Whilst many inhabitants of the Fourth Place consider themselves part of an organisation, some are not part of any or could be more interested in creating their own soon. For example, Fencepost is thinking of creating a group of coordinated explorers and cartographers in the Fourth Place.
Below are some of the prevalent organisations currently in the Fourth Place.
A commune of Emulated, driven from their power source due to their extremist ideology. They believe that robots are perfectly adaptable, and thus ideal beings to nurture their bodies and their minds in search of perfection.
An informal group opposed to any form of civilisation. They will not allow the kingdoms to follow in humanity's footsteps, lest they repeat their mistakes.
The name of a religion dedicated to worship of the long-gone Humans as pioneers, benefactors, and those who once changed the world.
The local name for a very large and very indistinct global movement suggesting that the sapient beings of today are direct (and intentional) Inheritors of Humanity's legacy and will. They wish to recorporealise the leviathan that once was.
